After a day in the fresh air on the ski slopes or hiking, pull up your chair in our wood-panelled dining room with its traditional tiled stove and indulge in our delectable cuisine and fine wines. A kitchen with a woman’s touch
Our philosophy: fresh produce and clever ideas, seasoned with a dash of creativity
A woman wields the wooden spoon in our kitchen: head chef Franziska Seidl was first employed at the Gasthof Zur Post in Lech and also worked as sous chef at Ooben in Mooser. After passing her final exams, she is now chef de cuisine at our boutique restaurant Das Sonnbichl.
Her talent and passion for cooking, as well as her sense of humour and charming personality, have allowed her to climb the career ladder in just 9 years and we are delighted to welcome her to our team.
