Interesting facts about our rooms
free Swiss stone pine fragrance:
When you arrive, you will find a pine-scented container in your room – regardless of which category you have booked. If required, simply open the jar and release the pleasant smell of pine. This will give your accommodation an extra pinch of Tyrolean tradition.
Balcony on request:
Each of our rooms offers guests a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. In addition, some room categories also have their own balcony. If you would like to book a room including a balcony, please indicate this in your request. We will do our best to fulfill your wishes.
Floor showers for traditional rooms:
All rooms with the designation “Tradition” have a shower and WC in the corridor. These are located on the same floor and meet the latest standards. They share the showers on the floor with another traditional room.

Our pension "Der Steinbock" in St. Anton is already 300 years old and offers guests a traditional living atmosphere. Here you can enjoy the ambience of a typical farmhouse and experience Tyrolean culture up close. In "Der Steinbock" you will spend a vacation according to your taste and you can organize your day freely. Thanks to our door code, guests can come in and out of the guesthouse and are not bound by any time constraints.

So that our guests can start the vacation day invigorated, we offer a varied breakfast every morning. From 07:30-10:00 there is a buffet with hot and cold dishes, as well as a wide selection of drinks.

Free parking for guests:
Each of our guests is automatically provided with one free parking space per room in our pension. Whether you drive a car, e-car or motorcycle - we have the right parking space for your vehicle. In summer you can park your motorcycles in our garage. This way you can comfortably get to your pension in St. Anton and don't have to worry about your vehicle.
Perfect location for an unforgettable vacation:
In winter, you can board the ski bus directly in front of the Hotel St. Anton, which takes you to the ski area every 15 minutes. You can store your ski equipment at half price at the ski depot directly at the cable car, which is only 800m away, or free of charge in the hotel's own ski cellar. In just a few steps you can reach the charming village center. Your hosts Barbara and Mathias Kometer will be happy to advise you with excursion tips, for summer as well as winter activities, in the immediate vicinity.
