Laura continued to perfect her talent and craft directly after her final apprenticeship examination at the 4* Superior Hotel Schwarzer Adler. As a garden manager, entreetier and rotisseur, she shines with a love of detail. As Patisserie Chef de Partie she spoils guests with individual taste creations.
She shares her experience and passion with us through her own interpretations of classic dishes. We are grateful to have Laura as our chef and great personality with a lot of humour and charm at “Das Sonnbichl”.

Our à la carte restaurant in St. Anton am Arlberg opens its doors at 6:30 PM to anyone who loves good cooking. You can choose from a wide seleciton of dishes and exquisite wines until 8:30 PM. After that we would be happy to continue to provide you with drinks of your choice. More about the selection can be found in the menu.

We only have 5 tables in our restaurant, though countless table requests daily during the winter. The first-come-first-serve principle is used for a reservation at most 36 hours in advance. House guests who want to eat at the à la carte restaurant are moved to the top of the list.
