Legendary ski races, half marathon and bike challenge on the Arlberg
Part one of the triathlon in St. Anton am Arlberg: the White Thrill ski race, which leads from the Valluga to St. Anton each April. 9 km of varied pistes put 555 participants on skis and snowboards through their paces: Be there!
The Arlberg Eagle for all participants aged 16 years or the Arlberg Marble for sporty kids aged 11-16 years is a triathlon with contests taking place over five months. To win the Arlberg Eagle, you need to prove your skills on skis, running shoes and on your bike.
The Arlberg Eagle: Triathlon in St. Anton am Arlberg
The individual competitions of the Arlberg Eagle triathlons are becoming increasingly popular. You do not have to complete all three competitions, but can experience the White Thrill ski race as a single sporting highlight during your winter holidays in St. Anton.
The White Thrill: 9 km, 555 participants, part 1 of the triathlon
After online registration, you pay the entry fee and pick up your race number on the issue date personally. The race starts in blocks and in starting groups for alpine skiing, snowboarding, telemark and short skis up to 100 cm. The ski race is open to all athletes from 16 years, but the number of participants is limited to 555! Date: April.
Arlberger Jakobilauf and bike marathon: part 2 and 3 of the triathlon
The second part of the triathlon consists of a half marathon in July. 21.125 km of course must be completed and five stations along the way provide refreshment. The third competition is the Arlberg Bike Marathon with 41 km of track and 1,400 m of altitude difference. Those who complete all three competitions in one year are awarded the "Arlberg Eagle".
The Arlberg Marbles: Triathlon in St. Anton for teens
Young people aged 11-16 cannot participate in the Arlberg Eagle triathlon. The Arlberg Marbles was put together especial for them, which also consists of three competitions: During the shortened Mini White Thrill ski race, the Fit & Fun Run (8 km) and at the Bike Classic (20 km), sporty teens can show what they’ve got.
